When buying and selling art, the actual piece goes to a holdings distributer to be dispatched when the NFT gets sold, in other words selling your art or buying another piece doesn't legitimately happen until the holdings group receives the actual art. The NFT holder represents the valid owner, and the holding group confirms the art goes to whom it belongs.
